Alison Tarry is regular guest designer on a TV channel, contributor to magazines, delivers workshops, sells her jewellery and sculptures and creates commission pieces.
Her crafting background goes back as far as she can remember. As her mother is a crafter, both Alison and her sister were encouraged to make things and be creative as children. This stuck and Alison just never stopped. A fervent learner of all things craft, Alison is not only committed to sharing her talents with like minded people who are looking to learn, but also to learning and expanding her own knowledge and skill set.
Best known for her wire work and seed bead creations, Alison has created many pieces of jewellery and 3D sculptures. However her skills are not limited to these mediums, she also enjoys chainmaille, loom beading, leather work, sheet metal work, soutache and many more.
One of her favourite things is experimenting to create something different in a new medium, learning the boundaries and then pushing them as far as she can.
