Leather Tooling Workshop
Saturday 20th July 2024 10am till 5pm

Learn how to create leather carved jewellery and accessories in a gorgeous country setting.  

What to expect 

In the morning you will learn what leather to use, how to prepare your leather for tooling, how to transfer the design and how to use the stamps and swivel knife to start to bring your pattern to life. 

In the afternoon you will continue to work on your leather piece and then learn how to use dyes and resists and how to finish your leather pieces. 

You will be supplied with a 6” X 6” square of leather and a 10” x 1.5” bracelet strip 

All materials, lunch and refreshments are included.

Nearest train station 15mins away (collection can be arranged)

Cancellation Policy: A full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course date. 


Do I need to bring my own Tools?

Tools will be available for use, if you wish to bring your own, then please do so.

Do I need to bring lunch?

A buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please advise us of any food allergies and we will do our best to accomodate you. There are no shops nearby so please bring any specific food/drink items with you.

Is there Disabled access?

Yes, the venue is Wheelchair accessible, including Disabled Toilet facilities.

Is there local accomodation if I wish to travel the day before?

Please contact me for a list of local accomodation. If travelling the day before by train I suggest staying in historic Chester
